Phuket Land & Homes Property Consultants (PLH)
1. To qualify for this offer each applicant must first register with PLH before purchasing property here in Thailand at Air Fare Registration Page
2. Original travel documentation i.e. (ticket and invoice) must be produced before viewing any properties which are listed with PLH to qualify.
3. Up to a maximum of 70,000 THB (based on refund scale).
4. Travel costs will be refunded as a result of property purchased subject to the property purchase price scales (see below).
5. Only properties which are purchased as a result of exclusive sales Via PLH will qualify for this viewing trip offer.
6. To qualify, a purchase of 5m baht or over is required.
7. A minimum of 20,000 baht up to a maximum refund of 70,000 baht is payable and will be calculated using the property purchase price scale (see list table below).
8. Viewing trip offer applies only to the trips when the purchase is made.
9. Travel refund will be paid on receipt of commission paid to PLH by Developer or Vendor.
10. Any class of ticket can qualify (Only a maximum of 70,000Baht will be paid)
11. The name of the person who purchases the property must correspond with travel documents and flight ticket for the offer to be valid
12. This offer is only valid for one flight ticket per property purchase
13. This refund is applicable up to the value of the flight ticket only (if less than refund scale).
14. This offer only applies to property and land purchase.
15. This offer is valid until 1st January 2008.
